5. Factory defect : If you have received your items with factory defect, please email to us the photos of the defect immediately within 3 days after the items(s) arrived. The items must be in new and unused condition and in its original package (if any). The return shipping cost should be afforded by customer. After we have received the defect item(s) and the defected item(s) is proved to be a factory defect, we will send you new item(s). We will afford the cost of resending. If we are not able to get a replacement from our stocks, we will issue a credit note for your future purchase. There will be NO CASH REFUND.
